Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Norelia online store. Our goal is to provide a transparent and fair return process while ensuring a reliable shopping experience.


1. Right of Return

Customers have the right to cancel their order and return a product within 30 days of receiving the item, without providing a specific reason, provided that the return conditions are met.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • be unused and undamaged

  • be in its original packaging

  • be in the same condition as when received


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • hygiene or personal care products if the packaging has been opened

  • used, worn, or damaged items

  • products damaged due to improper use

  • items made to order or customized specifically for the customer

  • products that cannot be returned for health or safety reasons

Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.


4. Return Shipping Costs

If the claim is approved, Norelia will provide a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or refund.


7. Exchanges

Norelia does not currently offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:
